Shipping policy


SHIPPING

We use PUDO services by The Courier Guy for all orders.

You can either have your order delivered via the PUDO locker collection option at a fee of R65 OR Courier to your door at a fee of R80. 

FREE SHIPPING to your door / specified PUDO locker on orders over R900.

Please note that if your area falls under a ‘high risk’ location, additional shipping fees might apply. If this is the case, We’ll contact you to make applicable arrangements.

PUDO LOCKER: (Parcel is delivered to your nearest specified locker). Please add your PUDO locker point in order notes before checking out. *IMPORTANT: Please note that you have 36 hours from receiving your collection pin to pick up your order, otherwise there will be an additional cost to resend the parcel.

ORDERS & DELIVERY

Once you’ve placed your order, there is a 3-4 business days processing time.

First come, first served! Our order processing system operates on a 'first in, first out' basis. This means that the first orders we receive will be the first ones to be processed, ensuring fairness and efficiency for all of our customers.

Once your order has been processed, your order will be shipped and your the tracking details will be emailed to you. Tracking details can not be sent before the order has finished processing. Delivery time may vary depending on the courier method. We always strive to get your order to you as soon as possible, but we are not held liable for the delivery times once the parcel has left our procession. You can track your order online once your tracking number has been provided to you.

Delivery to main city areas takes 2-3 days. Delivery to outlying areas can take up to 5 business days. Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Please note that once your order has finished processing, you cannot add more items to your closed order as this causes issues with parcels that have already been packaged and sealed.

Invalid contact details means processing takes longer. Contact info@bubblegumfringe.com if you need any help or information about your order.

NB! We cannot be held liable for orders that are shipped to an incorrect address, if you have provided incorrect delivery details. If your parcel is shipped to the wrong address due to an incorrect address provided, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees if applicable.

 

COURIER DELIVERY

We use The Courier Guy PUDO services for all deliveries. Delivery time is normally within 3-4 days. Deliveries to regional centres will take approximately 48 to 96 hours depending on the situation. Track your order: https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track

The Courier Guy will SMS/email you a pin upon delivery.

Please note: We do not offer same-day or next-day delivery as orders are processed as they are received (to keep things fair).


PUDO LOCKER PICK-UP / COLLECTION

You can choose to have your parcel delivered via Courier Guy PUDO locker pick-up option. You should add your preferred PUDO locker name to your order notes.

PUDO locker points available here: https://www.pudo.co.za/where-to-find-us.php . Once your parcel is available for pick-up at your chosen locker point, you’ll receive a Pin for collection.

IMPORTANT INFO: You have to collect your parcel within 24 hours of receiving a notification, otherwise the parcel gets sent back to us. If you miss your pick-up timeline, you’ll be responsible for the 2nd shipment charge – we cannot be held responsible for PUDO locker pick-ups missed.

 

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK:

We do our best to have our stock numbers as accurate as possible. Sometimes, however, it can happen that a product is shown in stock, but is not. In such a case, we’ll inform the customer that the product is not in stock and will give the customer the option to either:

  1. Replace the out-of-stock items with another item from the store (to the same value)
  1. Get a refund of the total amount on out-of-stock items already paid for. The rest of the order containing in-stock items will still be shipped to the customer.
