RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival of delivery OR if you've received the incorrect item. If this happens, you need to contact us via email info@bubblegumfringe.com within 48 hours of receiving the package so we can do our best to replace your purchase.

No refunds are available on Personalised/ customised items.

We’ll only replace products if visible proof of the damaged or incorrect item can be provided. We'll cover the shipping cost to replace damaged or incorrect items received. 

Please note that Bubblegumfringe cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during transit. However, if you experience any issues with your delivery — including delayed parcels or unavailable tracking updates — please contact us within 7 days of shipment, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Bubblegumfringe cannot be held liable if you've ordered the incorrect item. If you wish to exchange your item due to accidentally ordering an incorrect product, the customer will be liable for the return shipping cost as well as the shipment cost of the replaced item.

Once your order has been shipped, unfortunatelyno changes can be made to your order.

 

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK:

We do our best to have our stock numbers as accurate as possible. Sometimes, however, it can happen that a product is shown in stock, but is not. In such a case, we’ll inform the customer that the product is not in stock and will give the customer the option to either:

  1. Replace the out-of-stock items with another item from the store (to the same value)
  1. Get a refund of the total amount on out-of-stock items already paid for. The rest of the order containing in-stock items will still be shipped to the customer.
